sites dedicated to original writing, art work,
and photography by the web site owners.

The Artistic Merit Award is for web sites
that display a high degree of design and
originallity.

The Cool Page Award is for web sites I
find interesting or refreshing from the
typical web site style.



Anyone, the web site owner or a surfer,
can submit a site to be reviewed for the award.
