Scott Bairstow Central Discussion List

Hello! I'm Lisa and if you're like me, you have been enjoying Scott's work for years and may not even have known it! He has a way of sneaking up on you.

What is this page anyway? It's an introduction to an e-mail list which is an open forum to talk about Scott's past, current and future projects. He's amassed quite a list of credits over the last several years and there's plenty to keep us chatting.

All My Children, There Was a Little Boy, White Fang 2, Wild America, Lonesome Dove: The Series, X-Files, Killing Mr. Griffin, Two for Texas, The Postman, Significant Others, Party of Five, My Last Love and Harsh Realm, Semper Fi, Mary Jane's Last Dance, Tuck Everlasting.

Scott probably gained most of his current fan following from his two years as 'Newt Call' on the television series, Lonesome Dove. Scott caught our eye with his incredible acting - particularly the transformation of his character from one season to the next. Many new fans are more familiar with his character on "Party of Five", 'Ned Grayson'. 'Ned' won over the rebounding 'Julia Salinger', and was the picture of good manners! He took 'Ned' through a very frightening turn as an abuser. Other fun roles - 'Henry' - the internet porn writer on "Significant Others" and 'Marty Stouffer', the idealistic and caring older brother in Wild America. Whatever role he plays, Scott gives it 100% !!

Scott is a private person who puts a lot of thought into the roles that he takes - we'll keep the emphasis on his talent since his physical appeal is well ... obvious.

Combining posts earns you the good citizenship award. Okay, so there isn't an actual award, but people will appreciate it. Often people are on more than one list and it always helps to combine your replies to several posts into one.
