Chris Farley Found Dead
December 18 [16:15 EDT] -- Actor/comedian Chris Farley, who graduated from "Saturday Night Live" to film stardom, has died at the age of 33.
According to reports, Farley was found dead in an apartment in Chicago. MSNBC reports that authorities suspect a heart attack was the cause of death.
A statement released by Farley's management company, Brillstein Grey Entertainment, says, "We have lost a good friend and a wonderful talent. We are all deeply saddened by this news."
Farley appeared on "Saturday Night Live" from 1990 to 1995, and went on to appear in "SNL"-inspired films like "Wayne's World" and "Coneheads." The actor forged a comedic partnership with fellow "SNL" alum David Spade and the two shot the buddy comedies "Black Sheep" and "Tommy Boy."
Most recently, Farley stared in "Beverly Hills Ninja" and was set to appear next year in "It's A Dog's Life" with Mike Myers and "Almost Heroes" with Matthew Perry.
Farley was nominated for two MTV Movie Awards, once for "Tommy Boy" and once for "Beverly Hills Ninja." He and David Spade picked up the award for Best On-Screen Duo in 1995 for Tommy Boy.
