Australian Director of Public Prosecution

Drops Charges Against Liam

 


 

3 June 1998:

Liam Gallagher will no longer have to travel to Australia to face assault charges on the 9th June.

The Australian Director of Public Prosecutions made a decision not to press charges after learning that the complainant, Ben Jones, had left Australia and preferred to pursue a civil action against Liam in the UK.
