This is the version 1.21 which includes the Mission Builder as well as
the Mission Briefing Script Language compilers. This version fixes a
lot of the problems with the 1.20 version and the create new mission
option.

This has complete support for DOTE as well as complete support for
changing your own mission briefings and animations. You can even
modify the briefings right down to the questions and answers allowed
during the briefing segment.
