These billboards (apparently quoting Isaiah 55:7) have popped up across Tuscaloosa County recently. This particular sign stands over a Home Package Store on Skyland Blvd near the Wal-Mart.
The first example I saw was on US 82/McFarland Blvd in Northport, out front of the Wally World there... Could it be the little McDonalds and Taco Bells in the Wal Marts, or perhaps the optical showroom, will soon be replaced by a sanctuary? Will a licensed minister under contract to Wal-Mart exhort you to lay down your groceries for a moment and devote your life to Christ? |
