  What if tomorrow never comes?
I never thought to ask.
  For Maria there will be no tomorrow.
May 30, 1998 was her last.

  I always thought "Oh I'll see her soon,"
She'll always be there.
  But that was my boon,
Because Life is unfair.

  Tomorrow will never come.
It was gone in a flash.
  I wish I could have said goodbye.
Would that have been too much to ask?

  Now, I'll remember to ask
What if tomorrow never comes?
  It's has become my life's task,
To tell my friends of my love.
