Patches is the most beautiful member of the Red
Team, and has always had the longest fur of any of Ari'is
kittens. It became obvious during his first week that he would
have very long fur, and at 7 months old his winter coat is
starting to develop its full potential. His cheeks are already
filling out, and we expect that he'll eventually develop a full 3
or 4-inch ruff like his mother. His tail is a gorgeous plume,
blonde from behind with muted stripes visible from the top. Patches has a very sweet temperament, and he's never been aggressive. He was the last to join the kitten games and struggles to create a hierarchy, and remained attached to his mother the longest. At an age when many litters have been fully weaned for weeks, he would still be found sleeping or nursing with his mother, though already half her size.
Patches is the quietest and most introverted of the Red Team, if not the whole litter. Though he has participated actively in the sports that are required of kittens his age, he's also always been able to amuse himself exploring and playing with things he finds. He's satisfied with his own company, though like the others he loves to be petted. Patches would be quite content spending days home alone. Because he's never shown any interest in political power, he gets along well with both Pinto and Cinnamon, and would be a perfect companion to either. I'm sure he'd also integrate easily with other cats, and would be especially safe around small children.
