JoAnn Phillips Taylor, 57, of Block House Valley Road, Clinton, died Monday at Methodist Medical Center.
She was born in Anderson County on Oct. 4, 1934, to the late Columbus and Martha Phillips.
She and her husband, John W. Taylor Jr., were married in March of 1992.
Mrs. Taylor was of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include her husband, John W. Taylor Jr.; daughters, Mrs. David (Barbara) Morehead of Long Beach, NC; Mrs. Gary (Patricia) Sharp and Mrs. Bobby (Connie) Fain, both of Clinton; Mrs. Glen (Linda) Keen of Heiskell; sons and daughters-in-law, Troy Lynn Phillips and Michael D. and Barbara Phillips, all of Clinton; eight grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; sisters, Susie Phillips, Emily Kennedy and Maggie Phillips, all of New River; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held Wednesday at Holley-Gamble Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Jack Taylor and the Rev. Jerry Walton officiating. Burial was in Jarnigan Chapel Cemetery.
