You can use the name of any font that you see in the Font pull down in any of the FTM reports (e.g. Click Outline then click Format/Fonts &c.). Leave off the "(TT)" notation you may see there.
My personal preference is Arial. You might try Arial Black for greater density.
Note: FTM changes the appearance of the chosen font under window re-sizing.
