Chocolate P-Nut Butter Banana Smunchies
Ingredients:
2 c Peanut butter
52 Chocolate Graham cracker squares
2 c Ripe bananas
1. Mash one banana
2. Put it into a measuring cup
3. Measure an equal amount of low fat (I like super chunky) peanut butter
4. Mash very ripe bananas into a smooth paste
5. Mix peanut butter in
6. Chill well
7. Drop 2 Tbs. onto one square graham cracker
8. Cover with second graham cracker square
9. Freeze until ready to use.
