In the name of God amen. I Richard Morrow of Franklin County Fannet Township and State of Pennsylvania being in a weak State of body but of a sound mind and mory Blefsed be god for the same do this Twenty Eight day of February in the year of our Lord one Thousand Eight Hundred and thirteen make and puplish this my Last will and testament in the manner and form following that is to say after my Body is Decently Interred in the ground my funeral Expences and Just Debts paid I give and bequeath to Agnes my well beloved wife the one third part of all my Personal Estate and she is to Live in and enjoy the old Mention House enduring her natural life. I allow Her the Cubbor that Stands in the Lower end of House with all the furniture belonging to it. Item, I give and and Bequeath to my son Andrew Morrow the sum of Four Hundred Dollars Specie four years after my Decease I allow it to be paid. Item, I give and Bequeath forever to my to my son Thomas Morrow that part of my land that Andrew Morrow Lives on being Laid off and marked by a line as follows Beginning at the Mountain Line at a small Black oak Corner at said mountain thence Down to other marked trees to an ash tree marked with natches thence with a straight Line to the head of a small meadow thence down the meadow Including it to him thence to a marked Chesnut tree thence Down to a marked hickery thence Down the south side of the Run along the fence now made pafsing the South side of the stillhouse Down along sd fence to a Locust tree marked to be a corner thence south along a petition fence to the south end of sd. fence thence along a Partition fence Leading west to a Locust tree marked Leading a straight west cource to the Lower Line of said tract to a Locust Post. Also I give to my son Thomas one Feather bead and Bolder two Pillows two sheets two Blankets one Coverlid and one cow and my son Thomas is to pay to the other Heirs out of the said Land the sums and at the time here after mentioned. Item I give and Bequeath to Daughter Catharine Gambel the sum of one Hundred and twenty Dollars to be paid by my son Thomas three years after my Decease. Item I give and bequeath to my sons Richard Morrow and Daniel Morrow one half section of Land in Cumberland County in the State of Ohio the East Half of section thirty five of Township Twelve and Range Eight to be Divided betwise them so as to be equal in value out of Which Land I allow my two sons Ricard and Daniel Morrow to pay to my son Andrew Morrow the above mentioned sum of Four Hundred Dollars Each of my sons Richar and Daniel paying Two Hundred Dollars of the above mentioned sum and Likewis I allow the Patent to remain in the hands of my Executor until my two sons Richard and Daniel shall have paid the above sums of two Hundred Dollars each. Item I give and Bequeath to my son Micael Morrow forever all the remainder of this tract of Land I now live on north side of the line above mentioned of the Land bequeathed to my son Thomas Morrow also I give to my son Micael Morrow Two Horses and one plow and tackling one Cow and six Sheep and one steer and one Heifer of two years old each also one Feather bed bolster and two Pillows two sheets two Blankets and one Coverled. Item I give and Bequeath to my Daughter Margaret Conner the sum of Two Hundred and Thirteen Dollars and Thirty three cents to be paid by my son Thomas Morrow six years after my Deceas. Item I give and Bequeath to my Daughter Agnes Skinner the sum of one Hundred and Twenty Dollars to be paid by my son Thomas Morrow seven years after my Deceas. Item I give and bequeath to my Daughter Jean Morrow one horse one new saddle and Bridle to be worth seventy seven Dollars and Fifty cents one Cow and six Sheep one Feather bed and bolster two pillows two sheets three Blankets one Cover one Beauroe one Dining table two Iron pots one Bake oven one Copper tea kittle six Chairs four Sloated one set of China Tea Ocupage pot and other acomodations to fit them one Brafs Candlestick six silver spoons one set of knives and Forks two puter dishes six pewter plates and one Hundred and twenty Dollars specie to be paid by son Micael Morrow four years after my my Decease and he is to give Jean all the articles that is above mentioned to her also I allow my son Micael to sow year and yearly for the use of my wife Agnes Morrow one bushel and a half of flax seed to be sowed in good ground and in Due season. Also I allow Micael to help his mother in good and decent way of Living During her Natural Lifetime also his sister Jean is to be Kept in Lodging Boarding and every Necessary accomodation whilst singel.
Also I allow after my funeral Expences are Discharged and the above mentioned Bequests taken out that my Executor Should have my Movable property praised and sold Reserving Liberty for wife to keep such articles at the praisement as she thinks proper and after my Just Debts is Discharged I allow the remainder of my Personal Estate to be Divided Equally amongst seven of of my children as follows Andrew Morrow Catherine Gamble Thomas Morrow Margaret Conner Agnes Skinner Jean Morrow and Michael Morrow Each to have an Equal Share Also I allow that should it so happen that my son Micael, should die without Share that the rents and profits of his part of the Land should go to the support of his mother During her Natural Life and my Daughter Jean whilst she remains single and after the Death of my wife I allow the one half of it to my son Andrew and Thomas each an equal share and the other half to be Equally Divided amongst my Four Daughters Catharine Gamble, Margaret Conner, Agnes Skinner, and Jean Morrow and Further I make and order my two sons Andrew Morrow and Thomas Morrow sole Executors of this my Last will and Testament to take care and see the same performed according to the true intent and meaning in Witnefs whereof I Richard Morrow have to this my Last Will and Testament set my Hand and seal this Day and year first above written.
