Item - I give unto my loving wife ANN WILLIAMSON the use and labour of three slaves during her natural life names as followeth, Tonye Sharper and Doll and all their increase she bring after my death to be at her disposing and after her death give the said Negros as followeth: Tony I give to my son ARTHUR and his heirs: Sharper I give to my son JOSEPH and his heirs: Doll I give to my son BENJ. WILLIAMSON and his Heirs.
Item - I give to my wife three cows and calves, her choice, and three heifers of three years old, two steers of fore years old, two yearlings, I give her two Iron Potts, her choice and three Ens. and for Dishes, three Basons and plates and twelve spoons, three sows and pigs ten Barrows of two years old, Ten Barrows of one year old. I give unto my wife one feather bed and furniture of her choice and the use of the chamber bed and furniture thereon belonging during her natural life and at her death to return in good order to my Grandaughter MOURNING WILLIAMSON.
I give my wife one Chest on Trunk, one Horse, side Saddle and bridle, one small table and Table cloth, three napkins and one couch four chairs one Box Iron and Heators, two spinning wheels, one pr. of sheets, one butter pott, six bottles, two sides of Leather, two buckets of Salt, two Sixty gallon casks, one frying pan, one chamber pott and shear of the crop accirding to her hands.
I give to my daughter MARTHA ATKINSON five pounds to buy her a suit of clothes.
I give to my son ARTHUR WILLIAMSON a negro called Crumwell to him and his heirs.
I give to my son BENJ. one negro called Roger if the fellors pay you their eight pounds then to be free.
I give to my son JOSEPH WILLIAMSON one negro called Jack and all his shoemakers tools to him and his Heirs.
Item - I give unto my grandson FRANCES WILLIAMSON Twenty shilings and all my every day clothes.
Item - I give to my granddaughter ELIZ. a negro girl called Susey to her and her heirs.
Item - This Negro called Beck the first two children he brings to be weaned, the first to my grandson JEPE WILLIAMSON and his heirs, the next to my Grandson ARTHUR WILLIAMSON and his heirs, then the wench and all her increase to my grandaughter MARTHA WILLIAMSON and her Heirs.
Item - I give to my grandson BURWELL WILLIAMSON a negro boy called Solomon to him and his heirs.
Item - I give to my grandaughter MOURNING two dishes.
Item - I give to my grandson JOSEPH WILLIAMSON one dish and one bason.
Item - The use and labor of a negro called Sam I give to my son JOSEPH WILLIAMSON till my grandson HARDY WILLIAMSON cometh of age of twenty one, and then the boy to be returned to him and his heirs but if HARDY died before he comes of age then I give him to my grandson ABSOLOM WILLIAMSON and his heirs.
Item - I give to my grandson BENJ. WILLIAMSON one feather bed and furniture, the rest of my wearing clothes to be equally divided among my three sons.
