Kathy Noll's site, author of Taking the Bully by the Horns. I bought a copy of the book. It has information for how children can learn to deal with bullies, often a problem on elementary playgrounds. Along with that, it deals with some self-esteem issues. Check the site for more information.

A site showing the 3rd place winner in the 1997-98 NASA Settlement Project. This shows the projects and experiments turned in by 2nd, 4th, and 6th grade classes cooperating on the project.
The lesson plans at this site are divided into the different grade levels. Each one contains entire lesson plans, ready to use immediately. Put your students on the computer, and if they can read, they can navigate the various sites and produce terrific projects! Divided into 4-5 and 6-8 levels. Be sure to check out the K-3 sites. Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs would probably fit a 4-5 class, with very little adaptation.
