"Baked Chicken Breasts With Wine"

8 chicken breast halves,skinned 1 teaspoon dried whole tarragon 1 pound fresh mushrooms, halved 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 cup Chablis or other dry white wine 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper 1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley cored,and chopped Cooking Time:about 1 hour Arrange chicken breasts,bone side down,in a 13-x9-x2-inch baking dish. Arrange mushrooms around chicken . Pour wine over chicken;sprinkle parsley, tarragon,salt,and pepper. Cover and bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes or until done. Yield: 8 servings (about 160 calories per serving.) This recipe is from friend Tom (Jesse James)Moser which has used it many since he cooked in a famous Italian Restaurant in the Chicagoland area.
