Consumer Information About Telephone-Related Issues (This very informative page provided by the FCC contains information about your

Internet Open Records Project (This site is free and requires no registration.  Among other things, get specific information about registered sex offenders in your area by simply typing in your zip code.  Read the instructions below the search box.  Make sure you give the pages a chance to load when doing searches.  Information for several states is included.  You will get names, specific addresses, what the convictions were for, including the victim’s ages, and what the status of the criminals are at this time.  They also have a consumer complaint section.)

Internet Scambusters (Don’t be taken advantage of by unethical people.  This is a very interesting, helpful site with a lot of information you should read pertaining to internet fraud and scams, online counterfeit items, viruses, urban legends and much more.)
