July 4, 1768. Apr. Ct., 1774. Wife & Extx: Ann, lend whole estate for widowhood or life; reversion to son & Exr: John, all land, houses, orchards, etc. Sons Lewis, Peter and Richard, L (Pounds) sterling equally divided. Daus: Frankey Langford And Jemimiah Watts, L (Pounds) 20 current money. Residue divided among: Sons: William, Robert, Lewis, (Exr:) Peter, Richard, James and Daus: Mary Collins, Ann Dickens, Betty Stanfield, Sarah May, Frankey Langford and Jamima Watts. Wit: Wm Cook, Issac Beacham, Alezander Clark. Codicil: June 12, 1772. If John Lowry dies without lawful heirs, land to be sold and money devided between my other children. Likewise, youngest child of Wm Lowry to have no part in my estate. Exr: Benj Dicken; Wife: Ann Lowry; Son, John Lowry. Same Witnesses.
