Materials: One Rectangular piece of newspaper

1. Fold newspaper piece in half (not lengthwise).
2. Bring two opposite corners of folded side together down the center, forming a triangle (a rectangular edge remains at the bottom).
3. Roll up remaining edges on each side of the hat, forming brim.
4. Open and wear.
