HOLINESS

Follow Peace with all men, and Holiness, without which no man shall see the L-rd: Hebrews 12:14
And I said unto him, "Sir, thou knowest". And he said to me, "These are they which came out of great tribulation, and have washed their robes, and made them white in the Blood of the Lamb". Revelation 7:14

HOLINESS INCLUDES RIGHTEOUSNESS

Holiness and Righteioousness go hand-in-hand. Righteousness is the Foundation.

Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after Righteousness: for they shall be filled. Matthew 5:6

THE ONLY SOURCE

Being Born Again is an Act of His Grace. He Transforms our minds to receive The Holy Spirit and we are Consumed by the Fire of His Purifying and Loving Forgiveness. By Grace, Righteousness is also Imputed unto us.
His Divine Righteousness is Revealed through Jesus Christ. He Places within us the hunger and thirst for His Righteousness, for we know that we please Him by desiring G-ds' Thoughts. G-d Gives us this inward Desire.
There is only one Source of Holiness. Holiness is from G-d Himself. It is none of our own works at all. The Work of Jesus Christ on the cross Established our Sanctification and our Holiness.

And ye shall be unto Me a kingdom of priests, and an Holy nation. These are the words which thou shalt speak unto the children of Israel. Shemot (Exodus) 19:6
For I Am the L-RD that bringeth you up out of the land of Egypt, to be your G-d: ye shall therefore be Holy, for I Am Holy. Vayekrah (Leviticus) 11:45
Sanctify yourselves therefore, and be ye Holy: for I Am the L-RD your G-d. Vayekrah (Leviticus) 20:7
That ye may remember, and do all My Commandments, and be Holy unto your G-d. Bemidbar (Numbers) 15:40
Because it is written, "Be ye Holy; for I Am Holy". I Peter 1:16
That ye may be mindful of the words which were spoken before by the Holy Prophets, and of the Commandment of us the Apostles of the L-rd and Saviour: II Peter 3:2

HOLINESS IS OF PRIMARY IMPORTANCE

Believers may ask, "How can we, as 'sinners', ever 'Be Holy'?" All Holiness comes from G-d through Faith Alone in Jesus Christ and from no other source. All of these areas are to reflect His Character:

Thoughts - Mental Attitude
Words - Speech
Deeds - Works, Actions

Works of The Law (Torah) are not of Grace.
And if by grace, then is it no more of works: otherwise grace is no more grace. But if it be of works, then is it no more grace: otherwise work is no more work. Romans 11:6
I do not frustrate the grace of God: for if righteousness come by the law, then Christ is dead in vain. Galatians 2:21
The works of the Law do judge sin. We are not to be lawless.[1] The Moral Law is Holy, Just and Good. There is a great difference between being outwardly Lawful and His Abiding inward Gracious Gift of True Holiness and Righteousness within.

SCRIPTURE CONTINUALLY SAYS TO PURSUE AND ATTAIN UNTO HOLINESS

Thou blind Pharisee, cleanse first that which is within the cup and platter, that the outside of them may be clean also. Matthew 23:26
Having therefore these Promises, dearly beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, Perfecting Holiness in the fear of G-d. II Corinthians 7:1
Draw nigh to G-d, and He will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye double minded. Yakov (James) 4:8

None of this is attainable by human effort. Only by Faith in Jesus Christ and His Precious Blood that Secured Grace for us.

HIS KINGDOM IS HOLY

The Kingdom of G-d is a Spiritual Kingdom Rooted in the hearts of His Elect. It is a Holy place. The effects will spread outwardly.
This does not mean that we will be always free from Tribulation in His Kingdom, for:
And from the days of John the Baptist until now the Kingdom of Heaven suffereth violence... Matthew 11:12a

Yet we are Assured that in His Wonderful Grace we will be Surely Delivered.

IF WE SHOULD STUMBLE

For there is not a just man upon earth, that doeth good, and sinneth not. Ecclesiastes 7:20
For a just man falleth seven times, and riseth up again: but the wicked shall fall into mischief. Proverbs 24:16

As in combat, should you take on enemy fire,
"Focus on the objective. Take evasive action, and keep moving!"
Use II Corinthians 13:5 and I John 1:9 to confess sin, and get back in Fellowship. Then Pray for Stronger Faith in Jesus Name and continue on your Road to Maturity[2] and His Grace Holiness.

ON CHOOSING A MATE

Be sure that your future mate is focused on and pursuing Holiness by Grace. This is extremely important for the two of you will be a Grace Team. Nothing else can compare to two people that desire Holiness among themselves above all other things, for all The Blessings of Abraham are poured out without measure upon the Holy. Your Marriage will be Holy and your children Holy, and all that you put your hand to; Holy. All in Grace, for by Grace is how we are to live.

[1]The Way in Holiness has these identifying characteristics:

Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things. Philippians 4:8
On the other hand, we are warned to avoid these:

But now ye also put off all these; anger, wrath, malice, blasphemy, filthy communication out of your mouth. Colossians 3:8
These are told to have Holy Conversation.
[2] The solution "the world" offers is to promote "youth" or the "inner child" as some sort of an answer, ignoring the Maturity of Holiness altogether. Even young Believers can be Filled with the Knowledge of His Grace though. The Scripture says to not go the way of the psychological "inner child":

...for childhood and youth are vanity. Ecclesiates 11:10b
Follow Grace instead.
