A WALK ON THE WILD e SIDE
Earn a walk amongst the big five in the Pilanesberg accompanied by an armed guide who will teach you all about the signs of the wild.
This fantastic offer is being made to you by the Friends Of the Pilanesberg ( FOPS ) and the North West Parks Board and is available to scouts and guides.
To earn this walk you must
Be 14 years or older.
The group (Scouters included ) must have between 14 and 26 members.
Must be completely self catering (tents, food, First aid kit, etc. ).
Obey all the park rules.
Have a filled in FOPS indemnity form
It is also a very good idea to make sure that your (especially the scouters) Tetanus jabs are up to date
To book a weekend you must contact Frank or Sue Neytzell-de Wilde at 016 971 2838 ( or e-mail below ) with a number of possible dates and we will contact FOPS and find out which dates are free and whether a FOPS officer is available with a .375, to stand guard.
