The GeoCities Guidelines state:

12. Posting or disclosing any personal identifying information belonging to children [Kids: For your safety, please do not put your real name, address, phone number, e-mail address or other personal identifying information on your Personal Home Page or give it to strangers];

Using a form on a page asking for just a name, age, and email address of a child is asking for personal identifying information. No, it isn't posting or disclosing the information to the entire www, but it is asking a child for information that they SHOULD NOT be given out. No one should ask for this type of information on any web page, and especially a GeoCities homepage because it is against the guidelines -- that of endangering a child. Many unsavory/untrustworthy people will use the Enchanted Forest as a place to contact children. These people can talk a good line (even pretend to be a child), and then turn out to be someone that a parent would have done anything in the world to keep their child away from. Yes, the CLs in the Enchanted Forest try their hardest to keep the EF a safe place for children, but it is ultimately the responsibility of the parents to keep their child safe from predators.

Please, do not put a form on your page that asks for this information. OR, DO NOT FILL OUT A FORM that asks for information of this type. PARENTS!!! Please supervise your child while they are surfing the internet!!!
