Here are more of my favorite photos from my travels!
One of
my new kindergarten friends is building a place for me to hide.
What fun!!!
!
The writing center is
one of our favorites. The children enjoy writing stories and drawing
pictures for me. What is your favorite center?
I enjoyed my stay
in Texas. During Christmas, I enjoyed a walk along Town Lake. I enjoyed
seeing the Trail of Lights as I strolled along. I couldn't believe my
eyes! WOW! So many lights. I would like to wish everyone a HAPPY 2000!
Thank you for
letting me spend a month and a half with Mrs. Knezek's class. I have learned to
read many new things. I also enjoy watching the children write stories
about their adventures with me. They will get me to the mailbox
this Friday. We can't wait to see who is coming to visit Buda, Texas next!
It is Groundhog Day in Seneca, MO! The kids in Mrs. Gaines' class have been celebrating with singing, observing shadows and making predictions and crafts! Here is a groundhog puppet!
We made groundhog headbands too. As you can see, the groundhog saw his shadow in Seneca! That means six more weeks of winter.
We enjoyed some Jan Brett books this week, including her newest one, The Gingerbread Baby. We acted out the story in the morning and in the afternoon we made our own gingerbread houses with a milk carton, graham crackers, frosting and Valentine candy (since it is February).
Happy Valentine's Day from Twinkle and Mrs. Gaines' Class!
