Texas Torte


 

2 eggs beaten
2 TBS flour
½ tsp salt
1 (4 oz) can green chilies
½ lb. Sharp cheddar cheese, grated
½ lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
1/3 cup milk

Preheat oven to 350° .

To eggs, add flour, salt, and milk. Beat well. Add remaining ingredients, mix well. Pour into flat, well greased 9x13 Pyrex baking dish. Back 30-35 minutes

Cool slightly and cut into tiny squares.

Makes 96.
