1 can field peas
1 can shoe peg corn
1 fresh tomato, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
Fresh cilantro
Jalapenos, chopped
1-3 tsp. Medium or Hot Salsa
2-3 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1 8 oz. Or 16 oz. Italian dressing
Drain and rinse field peas and corn. Chop tomato, onion, bell pepper, cilantro, and jalapenos; add to pea and corn mixture. Add salsa and Tabasco, to taste. Pour Italian dressing over mixture and let marinate.
Serve with tortilla chips.
