2 cans chunky pineapple
1 cup sugar
2 TBSP flour
1 ½ cup cheddar cheese
1 ½ stack Ritz Crackers
1 stick margarine
Grease 9 X 13 glass dish. Pour pineapple and juice into greased dish. Mix sugar and flour and sprinkle over pineapple. Top with cheese. Crush Ritz Crackers and sprinkle over the cheese layer. Melt margarine and pour over crackers. Bake in a 350° oven (preheated) for 40 minutes.
