2 deep dish pie crusts
1 cup sugar
1/2 TBSP cocoa
1/3 cup flour
pinch salt
2 cups Milk
2 eggs, separated
1 tsp vanilla
1 stick margarine, melted
Bake pie crust according to package directions.
Mix sugar and cocoa together in a skillet. Add milk and beaten egg yolks; place over medium heat. Stir constantly until mixture begins to thicken. When mixture thickens, remove from heat and stir in vanilla and margarine. Pour into baked pie crusts.
Use egg whites to make meringue. Top pie. Bake in 350° oven for approximately 25 minutes.
