2 (8 oz.) packages Cream Cheese, softened
1 package ranch dressing mix
1 can chicken, drained
2 (10 count) flaky biscuits
Preheat oven to temperature on biscuits. Mix cream cheese and ranch dressing. Add in chicken.
Spray a mini-muffin pan with cooking spray. Divide each biscuit, by layers, into three pieces. Press into mini-muffin pan to form a crust. Fill each muffin cup with approximately 1 tablespoon of chicken mixture.
Bake according to biscuit directions. Makes 60.
