Cook 8 carrots and spread in a casserole with 2 TBSP water.
Mix 2 TBSP chopped onions, ½ cup mayonnaise, 2 TBSP horseradish, 1 tsp salt, ¼ tsp pepper and spread over carrots. Top with bread crumbs and sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
