Some of you may be old enough to remember that in the mid-1970s Howard Wayne Casey and his writing partner Richard Finch briefly ruled the airwaves.  The pair, wrote, arranged and produced this track for soulster Horne and it's surprisingly good.   Horne had a decent voice and took advantage of the song's irresistible hook.  Didn't chart in the States, but did well in Europe.
