Androgynous Theatre Company

"The futures neither male or female, its androgynous!"(both)

"Men and women. Same team, different genitals!"

Introduction to Androgynous Theatre Company:-

Androgynous or ATC is a small amateur student theatre company at Bretton Hall College in Wakefield, West Yorkshire,England. It was set up in early 2001 by nineteen year old Chris Flux. He set this company up to produce new theatre in order to teach people about certain issues in Britain today. Chris Flux is concerned about the demise of the family and the lost indentity of the British male. He is also worried about the huge fall out and misunderstanding between men and women. He wants to bring the two genders together before they are torn apart. Thats what his theatre group hope to educate. They deal with mens issues, gender issues, gender indentity and gender relations. He realises that both sexes can be responsible for modern societies greed and wishes to help men and women get back on the right track.

ATC's first play written by Mr Flux himself is called "The Phallic Tales" and is a comical but also serious look at different sides of modern day male culture. Many more plays are yet to come.
