At First Glance

At first glance, they looked eye to eye.

The next thing came fast: they began to "fly."

They fell in love with one little peek.

Yet they made no noises. They didn't even speak.

They gazed into each other's wonderful face

Believing they have come from a distant place.

They gave each other a hug as they "went to the ground."

Then, they kissed each other without a sound.

The couple walked away, hand in hand

Both of them knowing none of this was planned.

Angels of Love flew down beside them

For they would need help, or someone to guide them.
