Died at Toronto General Hospital. She was attended there by Dr. L.T. Armstrong from March 20, 1931 to June 24, 1931. She had an operation on March 27, 1931 - insertion of radium. There was an autopsy after the death.

Primary cause of death was cervical cancer, which she had for 5 years prior to death. Contributory cause of death was hydronephrosis.
