·              Contract position creating and documenting project plan and timeline.  Result was project plan detailing timeline, key milestones, dates and responsibilities

·              Directed sessions with Games Director and Local Organizing Committee heads to identify and document key milestones and tasks necessary to deliver the games during July 2005

 

TD Canada Trust                                   London, ON                                  2000 – 2004

Project Manager, Branch Services Group – Credit Administration Services

·              As division project manager, designed, planned and implemented a national help line supporting the retail branch environment – investment of $1 million.  Effect was to consolidate all branch support into one national 1-800 number.

·              Project manager for initiative consolidating work post merger resulting in closure of one of the support sites – investment of $8 million.  Increased efficiencies realized.

·              Involved in projects of various sizes including investments greater than $1 million

·              Member of the project team responsible for the integration of Canada Trust and TD Bank ‘back office’ environments – products and processes

 

Canada Trust MasterCard                        London, ON                                 1999 – 2000

Project Manager, MasterCard and Unsecured Lending Division

·              Project Manager, part of a team responsible for the conversion of the Canada Trust MasterCard portfolio (1.3 million accounts) to a third party platform external vendor

·              Responsible for Accounting and Chargebacks conversion of the portfolio.  Project was shelved a result of the announcement of the merger between Canada Trust and TD Bank

·              Managed staff within 2 functional units:   Accounting staff of 16 and Chargebacks staff of 22.  Chargeback department rated number one nationally by MasterCard International

·              Balanced MasterCard activity daily, maintained integrity of MasterCard general ledger, control and maintenance of the product settlement and balancing system.  Daily activity approached $50 million

·              Regular and adhoc internal and external reporting included monthly financial statements, monthly CBA and quarterly MasterCard International reporting.

·              Accountable for management reporting including monthly divisional profitability statement and quarterly functional unit costs (benchmarking)
