I will and bequeath to my well and beloved children fiz; Charlotte Dusten, Susannah Dusten, Sarah Dusten, Paul Dusten and J.B. Rodney, one dollar each, and the rest of all my property including my estate, real and person, bond, book accounts and debts of whatsoever nature that may be due me or owing to me to my well and beloved wife Violetta Dusten to be at her own disposal and use during her life.   Then after my well beloved wife Violetta Dusten's death to be divided equally between Silvanus and Samuel Nichol (my step-children) provided they conduct themselves becomingly towards me and also respectfully towards their mother, my said beloved wife Violetta Dusten.

And I do hereby nominate, appoint, and ordane my much respected friends John Kilmaster and Robert Alway my executors, and my said well beloved wife Violetta Dusten, my executrix.   And I hereby revoke any other will made by me at any time whatever, or any that shall be hereafter.
