The death occurred at Dunboyne, on Monday Mar. 8th of Martha Ruth Birdsell, wife of Nicholas C. Brown, in her 81st year.  The deceased lady came of U. E. Loyalist stock, her father Jacob Birdsell being for many years a miller in Bayham.   She married Nicholas C. Brown about 30 years ago and since has lived near Dunboyne, where she was highly respected.  The late Mrs. Brown has been ailing for some time past, her death therefore not being entirely unexpected.  The funeral, which was attended by a large number of the friends and relatives of the deceased, took place yesterday at 2 P. M. to the Dunboyne cemetery.
