BROWN-FOSTER--The Toronto Globe of Thursday contains the following report of the marriage referred to in The Chronicle yesterday:  An exceedingly pretty Easter wedding was celebrated in the Church of Christ, Bowmanville, on Tuesday evening, when Mr. Andrew L. Brown, principal of the Leamington Business College, was married to Miss Ethel M. Foster, only daughter of Mr. John Foster.   A large number of invited guests were present to witness the ceremony, which was performed by Rev. G. B. Brown, of the Baptist Church, Blenheim, father of the bridegroom, assisted by Rev. B. H. Hayden, BA.  The bride wore a beautiful gown of cream duchesse satin, en traine, with yoke and sleeves of all-over lace, trimmed with pearl passementerie and lace.  Miss Beatrice C. Foster and Miss Helena H. Hunter of Orono, who attended their cousin, were in white silk, trimmed with pearl passementerie and chiffon, and they carried bouquets of American Beauty roses.   A pretty little flower girl, Miss Pearl Brown, sister of the bridegroom, was in white organdie over pink, trimmed with pearl and all over lace.  She carried a basket of choice flowers.  The groomsman was Mr. Arthur J. Linton, of the Traders' Bank, Leamington.  An appropriate musical service was rendered during the ceremony by Miss Regan Percy.  The ushers were Dr. J. Colville, MR. Fred Mitchell, Mr. Rod Mitchell and Mr. J. Waldemar Hunter, Orono.  A reception was held at the bride's home, and after the wedding dejeuner, Mr. and Mrs. Brown were escorted to the station, where they left by the midnight express to spend a short honeymoon in the east, before returning to Leamington, where they will in future reside.   The bride's going away costume was a neat fitting cloth suit, with mauve silk bodice and hat to match.
