WC Electric's early morning match up on Saturday was a 6-1 victory against the Campbell's Bay Royals from west Quebec. The Royals' batters had difficult hitting the fast pitching of the Electric's Mark Wright. Wright had twelve strikeouts and scattered six hits over seven innings to get the win. Campbell's Bay captain Tim Ferrigan had two doubles and the only RBI to lead the Royal's offence. Lead off hitter Jon Daley had big numbers for the West Carleton squad, notching two singles, a double, a walk, two RBIs and scoring a run.
