Notes:

After two scoreless innings, Fitzroy scored in the top of the third, with Neil Murphy hitting a lead of double and being brought in by a Jon Daley single.  Easton responded in the bottom of the third, with Al Read scoring on a Randy Peck sacrifice fly to left field.  Mike Cavaangh hit a solo home run in the top of the fourth to put Fitzroy up 2-1.  In the bottom of the seventh, Kyle Olson reached on a walk, was moved to second on a Al Read sacrifice bunt and was brought home with a clutch RBI double by “Pedro” Harvey.  With the international rule in effect, Fitzroy scored Neil Murphy with a Steve Johnson bloop single in the top of the eighth.  Fitzroy intentionally walked Randy Peck to put both Pecks on base in the bottom of the eighth and Big Bud Hanlon got the next three outs he needed to seal the win.
