On a cool October night, the GOFL finals finally got underway, and
Team Easton emerged with a 1 game lead in the best of five series.
Dan Konkle struck out the side in the
top half of the first as the Stittsville bats did not
look sharp emerging from their 4 week hibernation. Fortunately, 56er ace Dan
Bradley did look sharp to start the game as he retired the first two

A Darren Featherstone homerun in the top of the 7th would break
the Konkle shut out bid, but that would be all of the
