Easton got out of
the gate quick and never looked back.
Easton catalyst
Kevin Chevrier, hit a one out single in the top of the first to get things
going. A Todd Fraser walk, a double by Randy Peck, a Dan Bradley throwing
error, and a Dan Konkle single combined to account for three Easton runs.
Although the
56ers threatened a number of times during the game, a solo HR by third baseman
Scott Parsons was the only run they managed to push across. Todd Fraser also
homered for Easton, who now lead the series 2 - 1.
Game four of
the series will be played Wednesday night. A 7:30PM start time at the Alexander
Grove Ball Diamond in Stittsville.
