Beachburg pitchers Shawn Costello had the win with 13 strikeouts. 

 

Dwight Mick took the loss for Micksburg with a 10 strikeout performance.

 

In the third inning, a leadoff HR by Joey Costello gave Beachburg a 1-0 lead. Later in the third, a single by Jonathan Regier and an RBI double by Shawn Costello made the lead 2-0.

 

In the 6^th a leadoff double by Jonathan Regier and a walk to Shawn Costello and Chad Costello loaded the bases for Matt Collins who contributed an RBI to give Beachburg a 3-0 lead.

 

In response, Micksburg had a HR by Jamey Mick in the 7^th inning but that was it, as Beachburg tied the series at 1-1.
