Dartmouth 4th Feby 1838 Mr. Mattw Morry Junr Per This is intended for the Dew Drop From Plymouth. I write you now to say that I shall not let the point of beach room for the present. As Wm Saunders term will expire about the end of this month, I wish you to take possession of it in my name, taking a person with you to ascertain the state the buildings & premises are in, noting the dilapidations and giving the proper notice to Wm Saunders to put them in repair |
