This is intended for the Dew Drop

From Plymouth. I write you now

to say that I shall not let the point

of beach room for the present. As

W^m Saunders term will expire about

the end of this month, I wish you

to take possession of it in my name,

taking a person with you to ascertain

the state the buildings & premises

are in, noting the dilapidations

and giving the proper notice to W^m

according to the terms of his lease.

You will of course keep possession

until my agent gets out.

You will have nothing to do with

the Hineys respecting the purchase

of a Boat until further orders.

Woollen goods have risen in

price and therefore you must be

governed in selling accordingly.

Bohen [?] Tea is now more than

double the price than it was when

I made my last shipment, which

must regulate you in selling and

Phoenix will go to Hamburg to take

out the Spring supplies and return

here and I hope she will sail

from hence the first week in

April. I am
