LEVESQUE -Roger Joseph, of Prud'homme, SK, passed away suddenly on January 15, 2008 at the
age of 74 years. Left to mourn his passing and cherish his memory are his loving family,
his wife of 54 years, Lillian (Lavertu); his six children, Ronnie (Betty) Levesque,
North Carolina, USA; Armand (Joan) Levesque, Edmonton, AB; Jocelyn Levesque, Kelowna, BC;
Evelyn Moore, Chandler, AZ, USA; Jerry (Tammy) Levesque, Sorrento, BC and Scott (Sherri)
Levesque, Battleford, SK; his sixteen grandchildren and six great grandchildren; his five
sisters, ten brothers, his two sisters-in-law; five brothers-inlaw, their spouses and
numerous nieces and nephews. Roger will be greeted in Heaven by his two children,
Judy and Danny; his parents, Albert and Germaine Levesque; his father-inlaw and mother-in-law,
Oliva and Albertine Lavertu; brothers, George and Andrew and sister-in-law, Rita.
The Prayer Vigil will be led by Rev. Fr. Maurice Levesque on Friday, January 18, 2008
at 7:00 p.m. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Rev. Fr. Marc Mireau on
Saturday, January 19, 2008 at 10:30 a.m. Both Services will be held at SS. Donation et
Rogatien Roman Catholic Church, Prud'homme, SK. Interment will follow at Prud'homme Roman
Catholic Cemetery. Arrangements have been entrusted to Roman and Elaine Kushneryk,
