She came back home and found a school where she could earn her living. While teaching in the Lac Pelletier area, Cécile met and married Gérard Chabot. They had two nice boys Robert and Bernard and were very happy on the farm. Later Gérard became sick with cancer and Cécile lovingly took care of him until he died in March of 1994. Then Cécile became sick and was on home dialysis. She suffered two heart attacks, the second was a major attack. She recovered from these and three months later she had a pacemaker implanted. Cécile was called to her Creator last Friday. She was a very devoted wife and mother. She also helped out with her church choir and travelled for peace and development until she had to leave these activities because of failing health. May she rest in peace.
