The "Angryphone"

Coming from Quebec (The Stink Society), you might assume that I am politically aware, and very anti-separatist. You would be correct! I am or have been a member of the Equality Party of Quebec(at right), the Quebec Committee for Canada (below), and I write for Dialogue magazine, a monthly periodical available by subscription. (My most recent articles will be found here). Plus, you can link through the pages to find other articles I wrote that you may not have read. I also support the Chateauguay Valley English Speaking Peoples' Association (CVESPA), which represents far more than just the area south of Montreal. They are essentially the Voice of English (actually, federalist) Quebec. (Please note that for some reason, neither the CVESPA nor the QCC links seem  to be active anymore. Hmmmmm.....?)

Despite rumours to the contrary, I am not against all Quebecers, or even francophone Quebecers, as some narrow-minded xenophobes have suggested, but rather those who do not consider themselves Canadian, or at least first and foremost Canadian, as I do. I believe I can be pro-Canadian without being anti-Quebec, but if someone decides to call me that, that's okay too. I know where my loyalties lie. And I will be pleased to discuss these views with anyone who reads my work. I am quite left-wing, which makes me pro-choice, if not feminist. You can peruse these details on my sex page here.
