Comedy

I have been, and will be, active again, both in and out of my fields. My background is in acting, but I have also written music (over 50 songs to date) and some comedy material as well. To that end, I studied with the Second City in Toronto, in the hopes of auditioning for the troupe sometime in the new millennium (or at least hooking up with, and forming, a comedy troupe). I completed the "basic level" improv course in 1998, and I auditioned for the Conservatory Master Class, in March, May and July of 1999. With little hope of cracking that barrier, I have turned my energies towards other areas and have gone back to writing some standup and improv material. So far, this one monologue has been a work in progress for two years. Ugh! Fortunately, I have also done some film and television in the meantime. For more details, check out my Acting Page.
