Cerebral Aneurysm

• localized dilation in artery
• can be small, asymptomatic; large and compress cranial nerve
• can result in photophobia (sensitivity to and fear of bright light), stiff and extended neck, and rupture
  

Treatment

• surgery, hopefully before rupture
