The International Academy of Suriname, ( IAS ) formerly known as the American Cooperative School ( ACS ) is situated In Paramaribo, the capital city, which is on the edge of the last remaining pristine rainforest in the world.
The school family is comprised of students from around the world. This leads to a rich, diverse learning environment. Curriculum is based on the National Standards of the United States.
