Jerry Lynn is shown sitting on his bed in the hospital. He has his head cradled in his hands. He has a large bandage on his head and his arms are covered in bandages. He then looks up as Jeff Hardy enters the room with a knock. Jerry looks up and looks back down.

Jeff: Hey buddy, how you holding up? I was hoping you hadn't beaten the hell out of the hospital staff for making you stay overnight but that Slam off the top of the chamber was pretty rough. It was just a precaution.

Jerry looks up at Jeff and sneers a bit and stands up. He starts towards Jeff but then turns around and walks over to the window and stares out into the darkness.

Jerry: I can't take much more of this Jeff. Everytime I stare out this window the past few days I just want to leap out of it. Just for the Hell of it to see if I could survive the fall. Its becoming to much for me. The pain of knowing I had immortality in my grasp. I had Triple H beat at Fall Chaos and I let the chance slip through my fingertips. Kurt Angle stole my chance from me. That bastard will pay Jeff. He will pay.

Jeff: Well if it makes you feel any better you got Angle in an Intercontinental Title Defense on Mayhem this week.

Jerry remains silent for a few seconds before turning back to Jeff and smiling sinisterly. He then walks back over to Jeff and pats him on the shoulder.

Jerry: I thank you for this great news. Because on Mayhem Angle will pay for what he did to me on Sunday. I promise you Jeff. No one shall have to worry with his stupid little antics anymore. Because when Mayhem is over I shall have rid the world of its greatest sinner.

The scene fades as Jerry begins laughing and Jeff shortly joining in with him. The next scene opens up at the arena on Mayhem. Jerry is seen walking through a hallway with his head still sporting a small bandage on it. Jerry walks through the hallway with his IC Title around his waist and suddenly the shot moves to the arena when suddenly the lights go out and the speakers fill with a small guitar that builds and a bass joins in along with a second gutair and drums. Suddenly Jonathan Davis screams through the speaker...

Blind by Korn blares through the speakers and the crowd erupts as golden sparks shoot from the stage and Jerry Lynn walks out on the stage and raises both arms in the air and walks down the ramp.

Lillian: Ladies and Gentlemen.... making his way to the ring... He is the ZWF Intercontinental Champion and later tonight will defend it against Kurt Angle... weighing in at 225 pounds... And hailing for Minneapolis Minnesota... The Only F'N Show Jerry Lynn!

Jerry enters the ring as the crowd chants Jerry! Jerry! Jerry! He walks to the turnbuckle and unsnaps his title and holds it in the air. He then does that at the other three corners and then heads to the center of the ring and lays down his title and takes the mic from Lillian as his music fades away.
