This edition of Mayhem featured one of the biggest main event's in ZWF's history. With Halloween Havoc ending just 4 days ago and Triple H being crowned the new ZWF Heavyweight Champion, The Game once again had some odds to over come in a main event tag team three way match.

Backstage, Stone Cold Steve Austin made his return (H?TA!W) and assaulted Moonwolfe. Austin started putting the boots to him and snatched Wolfe's TV Title from his waist. Austin has left an impact and clearly shows he is after Moonwolfe.

It came down to Scott Hall and Jerry Lynn in the European Title battle royal with Jerry edging Hall out inch by inch but thanks to Triple H playing outside interference and pushing Lynn out, Hall wins Scott Hall is now a 2-time EuropeaN Champion leaving Lynn infuriated.

Sting and Triple H picked up the win of the night in the three way tag team title #1 cont. match but after the match Zack Harris appeared at the top of the entrance ramp. Harris claimed that since Predator, one half of the ZWF Tag Team Champions is injured Shooter has no partner... Or didn't before. His partner for the World Tag Title match on Monday Night Lightning will be... Kurt Angle, HHH's and Sting's opponent(one of them) just moments ago! Mayhem goes off the air leavin HHH and Sting shocked.
